Terms, Conditions & Sourcing Policy
This document governs use of Taghleefy and the rights and obligations of sourcing businesses (buyers) and registered factories and printers (suppliers). Using the platform constitutes full acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms below.

The platform takes no percentage or commission from production or sourcing orders agreed between the parties.
Sealed Quotes & Confidentiality

Business Document Verification
Factories receive the “Verified Supplier ✓” badge after commercial registration and tax document checks.
Platform Role & Service Scope
The Taghleefy platform operates as a B2B industrial marketplace and directory, automating quote and sourcing requests and connecting businesses and brands (buyers) directly with packaging manufacturers and printers (suppliers).
- No Retail Intermediation: The platform is not a retail store, has no shopping cart or online payment for packaging purchases, and charges no commission (0% Commission) on sourcing deals agreed between buyers and manufacturers.
- Independent Agreements: Taghleefy provides the technology to create specification sheets, post sourcing requests and match them with manufacturers. Any subsequent commercial agreement or purchase order is a direct, independent contract between the buyer and manufacturer.
Specification Sheet, RFQ & Sourcing Request Policy
- Free Buyer Services: Buyers and businesses may use the Specification Sheet Builder, send direct quote requests and post sourcing requests entirely free of charge.
- Sourcing Request Review: Public sourcing requests undergo administrative and technical review before publication to help ensure genuine opportunities and prevent nuisance requests to manufacturers.
- Freedom to Select a Supplier: Posting an RFQ or sourcing request does not require the buyer to accept any quote. Buyers may select the most suitable technical and financial offer or cancel the request before entering a contract with a manufacturer.
- Supplier Responsibility for Quotes: The manufacturer or supplier is fully responsible for the accuracy of its technical and financial quote, including materials, minimum order quantity (MOQ) and stated delivery lead time.
Privacy, Sealed Quotes & Contact Disclosure
The platform applies strict standards to protect confidential industrial dealings and competitive pricing:
- Sealed Quotes (Blind Bidding): All quotes submitted by manufacturers are confidential. Manufacturers cannot see the prices or details of competing manufacturers.
- Buyer Identity Protection: Buyer details (name, phone number, email and company name) remain hidden from all manufacturers while quotes are being received. They are shared only with the manufacturer explicitly selected by the buyer using “Start Contact with This Factory”.
- Direct WhatsApp Contact: Opening contact or using a catalog WhatsApp button records the click in the manufacturer’s lead history to support follow-up. Buyers are not charged for these clicks.
Factory Plans, Quote Allowances & Verification
- Accurate Business Details: Manufacturers registering through the Supplier Registration Portal must provide accurate information about their primary manufacturing activity, geographic location and actual products.
- Subscription Plans & Quote Allowances: The Free plan lets manufacturers join the directory and try submitting quotes within a defined monthly allowance. Paid plans (Growth / Enterprise) and product promotion services offer larger monthly quote allowances, WhatsApp contact and priority visibility.
- “Verified Supplier ✓” Badge: The gold badge is awarded only to manufacturers on eligible plans after the platform team checks a valid commercial registration and tax card. The platform may withdraw the badge or immediately suspend an account if false documents are found.
Quality Standards, Sample Approval & Production
- Technical Sample Approval: Buyers are advised to request and approve a material sample or printed mockup to check material thickness, such as corrugated board grade or paper grammage, and color accuracy before authorizing mass production.
- Payment & Delivery Terms: Payment installments, deposits, balance payments, tax invoices and delivery or shipping schedules are agreed directly in writing between the buyer and manufacturer in accordance with prevailing industrial and commercial practices.
Intellectual Property & Dieline Security
- Design File Protection: Designs and dielines uploaded with sourcing requests are protected using encrypted, temporary links available only to manufacturers eligible to quote.
- Trademark Rights: Buyers and suppliers confirm that they hold all intellectual property rights and legal licenses for designs, logos and products uploaded for manufacture or display. Taghleefy disclaims responsibility for user trademark infringements and reserves the right to remove infringing content immediately.
Reporting Violations, Disputes & Updated Terms
- Supplier Reviews & Reporting: If a buyer or manufacturer breaches professional standards or agreed specifications, the affected party may notify platform management through the Contact Us page with supporting documents. Administrative action may include freezing or banning the account from the industrial directory.
- Applicable Law: These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws and commercial regulations applicable in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- Policy Updates: Taghleefy reserves the right to update these terms periodically to reflect technical and regional expansion. Updates take effect when published on this page.
